Website Update
You may have noticed that our website has undergone a bit of a face-lift. We’ve made some major changes to the website in order to improve your experience. Here are some of the improvements that we’ve made:
Better Mobile Accessibility
Many of you use our website on your cell phone or tablet. The updated website should load much faster and be significantly easier to use on those devices.
Load Times
The updated website should load significantly faster than before on all devices. This will hopefully improve your experience when visiting, navigating, and interacting with our website.
Reduced Visual Clutter
We have received a lot of customer feedback that the amount of visual clutter on our website was causing irritation. With this new iteration, we’ve aimed to greatly reduce the amount of visual clutter. Here are all of those items and where they can be found now:
Live Chat
We have removed live chat from our website. In its place, we’ve put our customer service phone number and email address in the gray message bar that appears just below the main menu on every page of the website. These are both staffed Monday-Friday 8 A.M.-5 P.M. CST. Please do not hesitate to reach out using either of those methods if you need any assistance.
Rewards
Rewards is now housed in its own page. If you look at the main menu at the top of the page you will see a “Rewards” link. That link will navigate you to our “Rewards” page. On this page you can click any button to launch the Rewards panel. You will also be able to launch the Rewards panel on each product page and on your account page. The Rewards link is located under the "purchase" buttons on product pages and it is located toward the bottom of your account page. We hope that this reduces the visual clutter on our website while maintaining the usability of our Rewards Program.
Social Proof
The live feed of recent purchases that would appear toward the bottom of the screen has been removed.
Improved Interactivity
The updated website is much more interactive. We are re-imagining the way we do reviews to be more dynamic, your “Rewards” account can be interfaced much more intuitively across the entire website, and the purchase process is much more streamlined with “quick buy” functionality and a pop-out cart.
